SEO Shinobi provides competitive intelligence tools including competitor tracking, technology stack detection, SEO analysis, and related analytics. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Free: 1 competitor, 1 data provider, 10 credits/day. No credit card required.
Pro ($312.50/mo): 50 competitors, 500 credits/day, all DataForSEO modules, 7‑day free trial. Cancel anytime.
All paid plans auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe billing portal. No refunds for partial months.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) scrape or crawl beyond reasonable competitive research; (c) resell or redistribute Service data without authorization; (d) attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.
The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SEO Shinobi and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. User-generated data (competitor lists, notes) remains your property.
SEO Shinobi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
